Land based positions
Requirements:
All candidates must have excellent knowledge of English.
Good experience at sea (mandatory for officer positions as well as all managerial positions).
References / recommendations from previous employers (at least two contacts).
A minimum of two seasons for the position they are applying for.
All professional certificates of competency(STCW 95 certificates, ENG 1) and / or professional diploma for the position applied for are required.
**In the absence of above certifications, Eight and Eight Ltd. can assist in obtaining the latter.
